Artist's biography

Faile is an artistic collaboration that emerged in the late 1990s, initiated by Patrick McNeil, born in 1975 in Edmonton, CA, and Patrick Miller, born in 1976 in Minneapolis, MN. Influenced by artists such as Andy Warhol and Roy Lichtenstein, and eager to express their art “on the street,” they began traveling, unwittingly contributing to the urban regeneration of cities. Over the past ten years, the collective has developed an artistic practice characterized by the reworking of mass culture, creating juxtapositions of various situations through images drawn from comics, collages, and oil painting
